 Freedom of informationUnder the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cwlth) (the FOI Act), members of the public can seek access to documents contained in any files listed in the indexed list of files on this website. To make a request under the FOI Act you should write to the Murray–Darling Basin Authority at the address below, state that the request is made pursuant to the FOI Act and indicate which documents you are seeking. The request should be accompanied by a $30 application fee (cheque or money order made payable to the Collector of Public Monies).
